Orders & Deliveries
In order to always offer competitive prices, PCN Racing works directly with several suppliers on a "just in time" basis. This way, an order with products from different brands can be delivered in separate packages.
According to stock availability and to production planning, the client will be informed, by E-mail, about the delivery dates as soon as possible after reception of payment.(1)
The orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Box (post office box).

Important information for home deliveries

Our delivery service will contact the client by telephone, at least 1 hour prior to the delivery of the order.
In any case, it is necessary for the client to indicate a delivery address, where there will ALWAYS be someone for the reception of the order.
The client may also choose to indicate another address, such as his working place or karting circuit installations (recommended in case the client or someone on his behalf may not be present for the reception).

Transport
The transport is normally done by an international transport company. Transport of the merchandise is at the cost and responsibility of the client. Any damage in the goods due to transportation must be directly reported to the company responsible for the transport while in the presence of the deliverer and a copy of this report must be send to us, by registered mail, so as to enable us to solve the problem.
Warranty
Given the fact that the merchandise refers to racing equipment, there is no warranty on any race or competition products. In case of product failure due to factory fault, the product may be exchanged for a new one according to the goods returns conditions described below.
Returns policy
If, by any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your goods, you may return them within 15 days of reception, complete with all packaging in good condition, for a refund or exchange. Return expenses are at client´s responsibility. In case of refund, PCN Racing reserves the right to charge a 15% for re-storage.
PCN Racing will only accept returns under its previous agreement, done by E-mail, having the client the obligation to justify the reason for the return. Only returns related to new equipment (excepting the seats) factory´s fault or due to an order error of our responsibility will be accepted. PCN Racing will not accept returns of damaged products due to improper use.
Payments
After order confirmation by PCN Racing, all payments must be done via bank transfer to an account in a Portuguese bank:

Any Bank charges must be covered by the client.
The orders will be processed only after reception of the total due amount.
Orders made from countries outside the European Union do not have to pay any VAT.
From European Union Member States, orders will be charged with Portuguese VAT (20%) unless you have a Karting-related business and are VAT registered. In this later case, PCN Racing requires your VAT number and commercial registration number (please send a copy of your VAT number and commercial register documents by E-mail or by post).
(1) Except in cases of very long production schedule, or stock disruption, which will be immediately communicated to the client, the delivery delays will not result in any reimbursement or annulment of the order.
